MDI SOLUTION APPROACH:
The first step was to review the client's list of needs, wants, and quantative requirements.
This information was compiled into a written requirements specification document.
MDI's design team created equipment design concepts.
Refinement of both the requirements specification and design concepts took place during review meetings with the client's team.
A path forward was selected and the design work commenced.
MDI created the equipment design and complete documentation package.
After a final design review, the system's components were fabricated and assembled.
The design and component parts drawings for the prototype were created.
The first generation prototype was assembled, tested, and refined at MDI.
RESULTS:
The client took delivery of the prototypes to do further testing and development "in-house".
Based on field-testing, a more powerful electrical version prototype was designed and built.
Mission accomplished.
